Richard has 20 years of experience in Capital Markets having been employed at leading Real Estate advisors over this period.

Richard has been involved in some of Scotland’s Landmark investment purchases and disposals. Particular areas of activity include advising International clients on their property portfolios, development and funding advice plus investment sales and acquisitions on behalf of UK and Overseas HNWI’S. Additionally Richard has acted for a number of the well known UK institutions and Property Companies.

Equinox
Investment sale of Equinox, Cadogan Street, Glasgow for c £29M on behalf of private Far East client. Grade A office leased to E-sure.

Kwik Fit
Administration investment sale of Kwik Fit, Dundee for c £1M on behalf of a Dutch Bank.

Investment acquisition of 3-5 Morrison Street, Edinburgh for c £24m on behalf of Climate Change Capital. Grade A office leased to Franklin Templeton.
